These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EnglishTests.AI, operated by InverseAI (inverseai.com). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

EnglishTests.AI is a pronunciation and accent scoring tool. It aligns your speech to a reference and returns a score on a 9-band, IELTS-aligned scale. It is a diagnostic aid, not a certified language exam, and scores are estimates — not official IELTS results or guarantees of any outcome.

Accounts

You may use the service as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time at /delete-account.

Free Tests & Paid Packs

  • Every user receives a limited number of free tests.
  • Additional usage requires a paid pack (e.g. Weekly or Monthly), billed through Stripe.
  • Prices and credit allowances are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once credits are granted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload audio you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

Intellectual Property

The service, models, and content are owned by InverseAI and its licensors. You retain ownership of the audio you submit and grant us the rights needed to process and store it to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that scores are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InverseAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
